Former University of Minnesota Duluth standout goaltender Maddie Rooney was named to her second U.S. Olympic residency roster Friday.
She is one of 27 players vying for a spot to represent the USA in the 2022 Winter Olympic Games that will be held in Beijing next February, and one of 14 athletes who won gold at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea.
